I have some heavily discounted tables for you for the incredible Mamma Mia the Party at the 02 London,

This is a pre-booking whilst I gather my numbers, the payment is set to be taken 2nd October 2022.

I have seats available in Category A and Category B – the seats will be allocated by the venue not me.  The event is ticketless – the venue will have the name of the lead booker, the numbers in their party and their diet requests which I would collate information from the lead booker.

8 people is the max on the tables.

This is a fantastic event… 4 hours entertainment with 4 course meals and a disco at the end.  Menu options for Vegetarian and Ill be asking about allergies.

We arrive at the 02 around 5.30pm and depart around 11pm from the coach park which is just a short walk to the Taverna.

TIMES HAVE BEEN SENT TO EVERYONE BOOKED – the lead booker has the timings.

This is a ticketless event. I only need the name of the Lead Booker.  Once you have placed your booking I will request your diet requirements.

You may bring a picnic for the coach  if you wish to, however,   I would ask you avoid any smelly foods and take your rubbish with you.

The drivers are in charge of our travel into London and whilst it maybe useful to assist the driver often sat navigation systems  we have will not suffice for the coach route so we leave the plan to the capable driver.

Please refrain from walking up and down the coach as this can be dangerous.  If you need to speak to me or the driver just pass a message down the coach – this is for your safety and the safety of other passengers.

I have high regard for my drivers and always ask customers if they would like to contribute to a non – obligatory tip as a thank you from us.

I’m unable to take any tickets to Theatre Box Offices for collection.

Please refer to the terms and conditions with regard to respecting others on the coach.

We will provide clear instructions where to meet the coach and the time we depart on the day.   If you are unable to meet the coach at the departure time the coach will still depart on time as stated to be fair to others on board.

Please always take care when getting on and off the coach.

Tickets are given to you on the day, usually e-tickets.

There is a toilet on the coach

You may leave items on the coach.
