Celebrating Freddie Mercury in his 80th anniversary year, this special V&A display showcases eight unforgettable looks from across his iconic career.

From legendary stage performances to memorable music videos, follow the free trail throughout the museum and discover some of the style, glamour and individuality that made Freddie Mercury one of the world’s most recognisable performers.

Entry to the Freddie Mercury display is free and no exhibition ticket is required.

Make a Day of It

Our South Kensington drop-off gives you plenty of choice for the day.

The Natural History Museum and Science Museum are both within walking distance.

General entry to these museums is free, although pre-booking a timed entry slot is recommended if you would prefer to avoid queuing.

You can also explore further afield, with Hyde Park and Knightsbridge just a short walk away. Maybe a visit to Harrods!

Alternatively, South Kensington Underground Station is nearby, giving you quick and easy access to the rest of Central London.

Harrords is about 10-12 minutes walking.
