Times are estimated and will be confirmed 3–4 weeks before the show.

👉 They usually arrive near the venue around 5:30 PM. Coach will drop and collect as close as possible (usually about a 1-minute walk).

Return:
Coach departs after everyone is back on board following the show.

Food, bags & venue rules

• No food or drink is allowed into the venue.

• You may only take a small bag inside.

• There is a bar next to the venue selling “street food” (e.g. chips – reported as very nice).

• If the coach makes good time, you may be able to hop on the DLR one stop to Westfield for something to eat before the show.

You may bring a picnic for the coach, but:

• Avoid strong-smelling foods

• Take all rubbish with you

Tickets & payment

• Payment is taken at the time of booking.

• You must complete all booking fields correctly; incorrect info or insufficient funds = automatic cancellation, even if you receive a confirmation email.

• Tickets cannot be swapped to other performances.

• Bookings are non-refundable once purchased.

• Organizer is unable to resell tickets or advertise resales.

• Tickets are usually e-tickets and are given to you on the day as you board the coach.

• Tickets will not be left at theatre box offices for collection.

On the coach

• There is a toilet on the coach.

• You may leave items on the coach.

• Please take your seat quickly so the driver can depart on time.

• Do not walk up and down the coach while moving – if you need the organiser or driver, pass a message along instead.

• The driver is in charge of the route (including Stratford streets) – sat nav help is not needed.

• Take care getting on and off the coach.

• Clear instructions on where and when to meet the coach for the return will be given on the day.

• If you are late back, the coach will still leave on time to be fair to others.

• A non-obligatory tip for the drivers may be collected.
