Traffic permitting, we expect to arrive in Moreton-in-Marsh at approximately 11:30 AM.

Moreton-in-Marsh Market Day

We will be visiting Moreton-in-Marsh on Market Day, one of the principal market towns in the northern Cotswolds.

Its broad High Street is lined with beautiful 17th- and 18th-century buildings and hosts around 200 market stalls to explore.

There are also plenty of pubs, tea rooms and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy some lunch.

At approximately 2:45 PM, we will reboard the coach and enjoy a scenic drive through Stow-on-the-Wold before continuing to Bourton-on-the-Water, where we expect to arrive at around 3:15 PM.

Bourton-on-the-Water

Often referred to as the “Venice of the Cotswolds”, Bourton-on-the-Water is famous for its picturesque low bridges crossing the River Windrush.

We will spend a leisurely afternoon here, giving you plenty of time to explore.

If you are planning to eat during your visit, booking in advance is advisable.

Please also be mindful that some streets and pathways may be uneven or cobbled, so suitable footwear is recommended.

We will return to the coach at 5:45 PM for our journey home.
