About the Show

Stranger Things: The First Shadow has opened to five-star reviews, hailed as “The West End theatre event of the year” (The Daily Telegraph). Theatre and storytelling have never been seen like this before.

BEFORE THE WORLD TURNED UPSIDE DOWN…

Hawkins, 1959: a regular town with regular worries. Jim Hopper’s car won’t start, Bob Newby’s sister won’t take his radio show seriously, and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate and get out of town.
Then new student Henry Creel arrives — but a fresh start is not so easy, and the shadows of the past stretch a very long way…

Created by a multi-award-winning creative team, this gripping production takes theatrical storytelling to a whole new dimension, transporting you back to the beginning of the Stranger Things saga — and perhaps holding the key to the end.
