Windsor day trip, your free time to explore on Saturday 31st of August 2024 .. Please note this is coach space only with no entry to Windsor Castle

We arrive around 10.45am.Coach departs from the Coach designated car park at 5pm.

I’d like to be in Windsor for you to see ‘Change of the Guard’ however,  I can not guarantee this given the traffic conditions on the day.

Confirmed times will be advised 3/4 weeks before travel.

The coach parks close to the shops and the Castle and close to the river.

We depart at 5pm.

 

 

You may bring a picnic for the coach  if you wish to, however,   I would ask you avoid any smelly foods and take your rubbish with you.

The drivers are in charge of our travel into Windsor and whilst it maybe useful to assist the driver often sat navigation systems  we have will not suffice for the coach route so we leave the plan to the capable driver.

Please refrain from walking up and down the coach as this can be dangerous.  If you need to speak to me or the driver just pass a message down the coach – this is for your safety and the safety of other passengers.

I have high regard for my drivers and always ask customers if they would like to contribute to a non – obligatory tip as a thank you from us.

Please refer to the terms and conditions with regard to respecting others on the coach.

We will provide clear instructions where to meet the coach and the time we depart on the day.   If you are unable to meet the coach at the departure time the coach will still depart on time as stated to be fair to others on board.

Please can you take your seats swiftly on the coach – the driver can not leave until you are sitting down – this avoids hold ups en-route.

Please always take care when getting on and off the coach.

Tickets are given to you on the day, usually e-tickets.

There is a toilet on the coach.

You may leave items on the coach.

Tickets are non refundable once purchased.
