Day 1 – Mon 7 Sept

• Depart Southend 8.00am

• Free time in Cambridge en route

• Arrive York ~4:30pm

• Dinner & Evening free time

Day 2 – Tue 8 Sept

• After breakfast: Coach into York

• Free time all day

• Pickup from York at 5:00pm

• Return to hotel for dinner

Day 3 – Wed 9 Sept

• After breakfast: Coach to Whitby (via scenic Moors route)

  • Stop at Goathland (Heartbeat/Harry Potter village)

  • Return through the North York Moors National Park
  • Scenic drive with optional 20-minute stop in Hutton-le-Hole — one of the prettiest moorland villages
  • “Gateway to the Moors, Pickering” refers to how Pickering, a historic market town on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, acts as a perfect launchpad for exploring the moors, steam railways, coast, and surrounding countryside

• Return to hotel for dinner.

Day 4 – Thu 10 Sept

• After breakfast: Coach into York for final free time

• Pickup at 5:00pm – return home

• Estimated return to Five Bells: ~9:30pm
