Santa’s Winter Garden is a festive immersive Christmas experience held at Fulham Palace, a historic Grade I listed palace beside the River Thames. The event creates a North Pole–style magical garden trail designed mainly for young children.

Experience overview

Families begin at “Beyond the Garden Wall” reception, where the Guardians of the Winter Garden welcome guests.

The journey includes:

• A magical wardrobe entrance into a snowy hidden garden

• A sparkling trail through lights, trees and winter scenery

• Helping to awaken the garden’s magic while following Santa’s path

• Arrival at North Pole HQ for activities

• A private visit with Santa

• Gifts, refreshments and souvenirs before leaving

Typical timings

• Garden trail: 30–40 minutes

• Activities before Santa: 20–30 minutes

• Total experience: about 90 minutes–2 hours

Full ticket price:

• Child: £95

• Adult: £69

• Adult tickets must be purchased with at least one child ticket

Deposit and balances:

• Deposit: £50 per person on booking

Balances due:

• £45 per child – due 30 May 2026

• £19 per adult – due 30 May 2026

Infants under 12 months

• Free entry to the attraction

• Must still have a coach seat

• Do not receive Santa visit or gift unless a full child ticket is purchased

Event schedule

• Entry time: 12:00 /12.10/12.20 split to accommodate groups

• Santa visit approximately 90 minutes–2 hours after arrival

• Coach departure: around 3pm tbc nearer the time.
