Welcome to our visit to New Hall Vineyard .
Please note this is an open self guided Vineyard tour .. Come and take a look at life in a vineyard.
this is not a sit down wine tasting experience.
Bill and Sheila Greenwood pioneered the Crouch Valley vineyard movement in 1969 by establishing New Hall Wine Estate. The business remains family-owned to this day, run by the third generation. With 120 acres now under vine and an impressive newly built winery on site, New Hall has firmly established a stellar reputation as the home of award winning still wines.

Self-guided vineyard trail (takes approx. half an hour)
Casual barrel-top samples of wine in our Tasting Shed
Outdoor licenced bar available
half the group start with the trail, and half with the barrel-top tasting
16:00 – 16:40 – Private Winery Tour
Suggestion – Comfortable shoes for the walk / sun hat incase it’s warm.
Welcome to bring a picnic (benches are limited so you may wish to bring a blanket) to the Vineyard.
The bar will be open until 5pm for the group.
The Purleigh Bell is just a ten minute walk uphill through our Church Hill Vineyard.

We should arrive at the venue around 2.20pm.
We depart for the public house around 5.15pm for food/ drinks .
We depart from the public house at 8.30pm. I am currently liasing with the Public house with regard food ordering for a large group.
