Welcome to our visit to New Hall Vineyard .
Please note this is an open self guided Vineyard tour .. Come and take a look at life in a vineyard.
this is not a sit down wine tasting experience.
Bill and Sheila Greenwood pioneered the Crouch Valley vineyard movement in 1969 by establishing New Hall Wine Estate. The business remains family-owned to this day, run by the third generation. With 120 acres now under vine and an impressive newly built winery on site, New Hall has firmly established a stellar reputation as the home of award winning still wines.

Travel & the vineyard. Please note should you wish to eat at the local public house this is not included in the price.

14:30/15:00 – Arrival
Self-guided vineyard trail (takes approx. half an hour)
Casual barrel-top samples of wine in our Cellar Door shop (split up into a few groups on the trail and tastings so that everyone has plenty of space during the Tasting.)
Outdoor licenced bar available for purchases of wines by the glass.
You may bring your own chairs/blankets – picnic benches are available however I can not guarantee a space.
16:00 – 16:40 – Private Winery Tour for the group
Event to run until 4pm, however the outside bar will remain open until 5pm for the group.
We then head off to the Local Village Pub, The Purleigh Bell, which is just a ten minute walk uphill through the Church – Here we can have a bite to eat and another drink (should you wish to) however, please note , this is not included in the price.
