On Saturday the 11th of October we are off to France for the day via the Hypermarket (perhaps a good time to stock up for Christmas).

For us to have a good amout of time I’ve chosen P & 0 for our Ferry Crossing out and Le Shuttle Euro Tunnel  to bring us home.

Pickup Schedule (UK Time)

  • 5:00 AM – Walnut Tree

  • 5:10 AM – Palace

  • 5:20 AM – Elms

  • 5:30 AM – Thames Drive

  • 5:35 AM – Hadleigh (Dominos / Bed shop)

  • 5:45 AM – Kents Hill Lights

  • 5:50 AM – Sadlers

  • 5:55 AM – Five Bells


Outbound Journey

  • Check-in at Dover: approx. 7:30 AM

  • Ferry Departure: 9:45 AM (P&O Ferry – UK time)

  • Crossing Duration: 90 minutes

  • Arrival in Calais: approx. 12:15 PM (French time)


In France

12:45 PM – 1.45PM  (approx) – Hypermarket visit (ideal for Christmas shopping)- Auchan
2:PM (approx)  – 8:00 PM – Free time in Boulogne-sur-Mer:
