RENT returns to London’s Duke of York’s Theatre from 26th September 2026 – 29th May 2027 in a bold new production directed by Luke Sheppard (& Juliet, Paddington The Musical) and starring Gaten Matarazzo (Stranger Things) as Mark.
Set in New York’s East Village, RENT follows a group of young artists, musicians and friends, navigating love, ambition and creativity while trying to build lives on their own terms. Inspired by Puccini’s La Bohème, this iconic musical captures the joy, uncertainty and resilience of a generation determined to make every moment count.
Joining Gaten Matarazzo as Mark, will be Travis Ross as Roger, Bella Brown as Mimi, Billy Nevers as Collins, Lazy Violet as Maureen, Danielle Fiamanya as Joanne, Jeevan Braich as Angel and Joaquin Pedro Valdes as Benny. Further casting to be announced soon.

We expect to arrive at the theatre at approximately 12.45 , subject to traffic conditions.
Free Time in London for refrshment prior to the show and a meal after the show.
The theatre is conveniently located close to Covent Garden, The Strand, Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, all within around a 10-minute walk. This gives you plenty of time to explore, shop, or enjoy a meal before the performance.
The coach will drop passengers off within a five-minute walk of the theatre and will depart at 7pm.
