On Saturday the 20th of June 2026 we have our travel and entry to Ascots finest enclosure, The Queen Anne.

To summarise, women should wear dresses and hats – and men in suits, shirt and tie and socks that cover the ankle.
ABOUT THE QUEEN ANNE ENCLOSURE

We arrive at Ascot around 11.30am (traffic pending) – There will be time for you to have a picnic outside the coach if you wish.
We are unable to take food/ drinks into the enclosures, however, there are plenty of places for you to purchase refreshment.
The Royal Procession is at 2pm.
The first race is at 2.30pm.
Our coach parking space is the best for coaches with the least walking however it’s still around a 20 minute walk to the entrance.
You are welcome to bring picnic chairs (we can store) on the coach for your picnic prior to entry to Ascot. Please note chairs and any form of refreshment is not permitted at Ascot.
We will depart at 8pm.
Price £120 per person includes entry and coach travel.
