With its beautiful sandy beach, fabulous market, boutique shopping, pavement cafés, restaurants and unmistakable French charm, Le Touquet is a wonderful destination for a spring mini break.

🚌 DAY ONE – WEDNESDAY 5TH MAY 2027

Our journey begins with departures from the Southend area from approximately 7.30am, followed by my usual pick-up points.

Approximately 3.30pm French time

All journey and arrival times are subject to traffic, border controls and crossing conditions.

There will be an approximately 4-minute walk from the coach drop-off point to the hotel, so please bear this in mind when packing.

After checking into the Red Fox Hotel, the rest of the afternoon and evening is completely yours.

Perhaps take a stroll to the beach, browse the boutiques, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine at a pavement café, or find a lovely restaurant for a relaxed French dinner.

With our hotel right in the heart of Le Touquet, you will be perfectly placed to enjoy the town.

🌊 DAY TWO – THURSDAY 6TH MAY 2027

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of free time to discover Le Touquet.

🥐 Thursday is usually Market Day!

The wonderful Marché Couvert is approximately a 5-minute walk from our hotel.

Browse the stalls for fresh produce, cheeses, seafood, charcuterie and other delicious French specialities.

You may also wish to:

• Browse Le Touquet’s elegant boutiques and fashion stores
• Explore the wonderful delicatessens and food shops
• Stop for coffee and watch the world go by
• Enjoy lunch in one of the many cafés, restaurants or brasseries
• Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade
• Enjoy Le Touquet’s magnificent sandy beach
• Simply relax and soak up the French atmosphere

🚌 Depart Le Touquet

Approximately 6.00pm French time / 5.00pm UK time

🚆 Return LeShuttle

Our return crossing is scheduled for approximately 9.20pm French time, arriving back in the UK at approximately 8.55pm UK time, subject to traffic and crossing conditions.

🏠 Homeward Journey

We anticipate arriving at Grays at approximately 10.00pm, followed by the remaining drop-off points in reverse order.

All timings are approximate and subject to traffic, border controls and LeShuttle operations.

Le Touquet’s magnificent sandy beach is just a short stroll from the hotel.

Perfect for a morning walk, an afternoon by the sea or simply enjoying the fresh air and beautiful coastline.

🛍️ SHOPS & RESTAURANTS – ON YOUR DOORSTEP

Rue Saint-Jean and the surrounding streets are filled with shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and tempting French food shops.

Once you’ve checked in, you can explore the town on foot without worrying about transport.

🥐 LE TOUQUET COVERED MARKET – APPROX. 5 MINUTES’ WALK

The famous Marché Couvert is approximately 0.4 km / ¼ mile from the hotel.

The traditional market is a lovely place to browse for French produce, fresh fish and seafood, cheeses, fruit, vegetables and local specialities.

Thursday is normally one of Le Touquet’s regular market mornings, making our overnight stay particularly well timed.

Non-refundable deposit: £49.50 per person upon booking.

Remaining balance: £200 per person, due at the end of March 2027.

I will invoice you for the balance. The final balance will be payable directly to my business bank account and not through the website or by credit card.
