2-Day Trip: Saturday 9th – Sunday 10th May 2026

Itinerary Overview:
Day 1 – Saturday 9th May 2026

• Early morning we travel via ferry to Belgium – Times tbc from Southend to Basildon (via our usual pick up points).

• Free time to explore Ypres and settle into your hotel

• Evening opportunity to attend The Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate

Day 2 – Sunday 10th May 2026

• Morning itinerary TBC: Visits to key WWI war graves and memorial sites 

• We will be adding an inclusive Museum visit

• Return ferry crossing evening (tbc)

Accommodation:

• Hotel: Novotel, Central Ypres

• Basis: Bed & Breakfast

• Rooms: Twin and double only (sorry, no single rooms)

Booking Information:

• Deposit: £99 (non-refundable) secures your space

• Balance: £150 due in March 2026 – I will invoice you.
