Description
Set in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Tulleys Tulip Festival is one of the largest spring displays in the UK, showcasing over 1.5 million tulips across more than 100 stunning varieties. Visitors can enjoy a colourful “Taste of Holland” experience at Tulleys Farm, complete with Dutch-inspired street food, live acoustic music, a traditional windmill and plenty of picture-perfect moments.
The tulip fields are planted purely for display, allowing everyone to enjoy the vibrant scenery, while fresh-cut and potted tulips can be purchased in the Tulleys boutique to take home. With early, mid-season and late bloomers, the festival offers a long-lasting and ever-changing display throughout the grounds.
There is far more to explore beyond the flowers. Wander around Tupila Lake, discover the Spring Awakening trail, and pass by the Whispering Windmill and Spring Dreams installations. Enjoy roaming musicians, the large observation wheel, fire pits for toasting marshmallows, and the ever-popular Secret Garden — a relaxing spot for drinks and socialising.
Food and drink options are plentiful, from traditional Dutch pancakes (poffertjes), Dutch frites and bitterballen, to wood-fired pizzas, Smokey hotdogs and sweet treats such as donuts, gelato ice cream and pick-and-mix sweets. You can also stop at the Potting Shed for coffee and snacks, visit the Tulip Bar, The Watering Can or Tulip Terrace bars, or enjoy a meal at Bentleys Chicken Shack or Bentleys Cowboy Grill.
With street theatre, the Tulip Village and a lively festival atmosphere, Tulleys offers a vibrant, family-friendly spring day out and a truly award-winning seasonal experience.
